The building was completely renovated from
2000 to 2003.

It comprises a total of 2x11 and 3x14 single
rooms on 5 floors.

Each floor has a common kitchen and bathroom.

Mailboxes labeled with the room numbers are
located in the entrance hall.

The basement houses a coin-operated laundry
center with a MIELE washer and dryer, and a
change machine for shower tokens.
These machines are available for use Mondays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.

In the courtyard there are 13 vehicle parking
spaces and 60 covered bike stands.
